Why use this feature?
In the restaurant business, missed calls mean lost reservations. A customer who can’t reach you will often go somewhere else. With EatNow’s Missed Calls feature, every unanswered call becomes an opportunity:- The customer automatically receives a WhatsApp message seconds after their call
- The message contains your booking link, allowing them to book directly online
- If the customer already has a reservation, the message reassures them and gives them access to their booking
How does it work?
- A customer calls your restaurant and you don’t pick up
- The call is automatically redirected to an EatNow virtual number
- EatNow identifies the customer and sends them a personalized WhatsApp message
- The customer clicks the link and books online

Requirements
