Statistics
At the top of the Logs page, three indicators give you an overview:- Missed Calls: the total number of missed calls recorded
- Messages Sent: the number of WhatsApp messages sent successfully
- Booking Conversions: the number of reservations made by customers who clicked the booking link in the message
Spam protection
To avoid overwhelming your customers, EatNow automatically applies protections:- One message every 6 hours per phone number: if a customer calls you multiple times, they will only receive one message
- Unsubscribe compliance: customers who have unsubscribed from your WhatsApp communications will not receive a message
