Skip to main content
Open Customers, click Actions (top-right), then Export → Export as Excel or Export as CSV. The download starts immediately. You need the Customers → Export permission (see Permissions).

What’s in the file?

One line per customer, with these columns: ID · Name · Email · Phone number · Country code · Country · Language · Number of visits · Number of reviews · Average rating · Total paid · Average basket · Created on · Updated on Each of your customer fields is added as an extra column.

Which customers are exported?

  • Without a date filter: your whole customer base.
  • With a date filter at the top of the list: only the customers whose last visit falls in that period.
The search bar and the other filters of the list don’t apply to the export. To export everyone, clear the date filter first.
