Steps

Access the Activity Portal and Selected Products
- Ensure you are in the Booking Portal > Activities section in the EatNow settings.
- Locate the Selected Products section where your added products are listed.

Open the Product Edit Form
- Next to the product you want to edit, click the Edit icon (often represented by a pencil or pen).
- A form will open, allowing you to modify the information for this specific product.

Edit Product Information
- The form will allow you to modify several aspects of the product, such as:
- Days of the week: Select the days when the product is available.
- Start and End Time: Define the start and end times of the activity. If the activity has a single slot, set similar start and end times.
- Confirmation System: Choose between manual or automatic confirmation. In “Manual” mode, your team will have to accept or decline each booking request. In automatic mode, EatNow calculates availability based on configured resource groups.
- Activity Duration: Indicate the duration of each activity. This determines the interval between each booking.
- Online Payment: Enable or disable this option to allow customers to pay online before finalizing their booking.
- Refundable Payment: Indicate whether the payment for this product is refundable or not.
- Payment Request Expiration (hours): Configure the duration for which the payment request remains valid.
- Additional Fields: Add fields to collect crucial information from your customers (e.g., number of children, family status, etc.).

Save Changes
- After modifying the desired information, click the Save button to save your changes.
Important Notes
- The online payment option allows customers to pre-pay for the activity. If disabled, payment can be made on site.
- Configuring payment expiration is crucial for managing bookings and service rotation.
- Additional fields are customizable and allow you to collect important information from your customers.
