Under Settings → Integrations → General → Online reputation, link the selected restaurant’s profiles. For a group, check each listing’s address before confirming.

Google Business Profile

  1. Click Connect on the Google card from a browser.
  2. Authorize EatNow using the Google account with access to the listing.
  3. Select the account, then the location matching the restaurant.
  4. Complete the flow and check the return to EatNow.
If no location appears, check the Google account and its listing access, then use Refresh. The Google connection flow needs a browser; open EatNow on the web if you are in the app.

Facebook

Open the Facebook card, authorize the connection and select the restaurant’s page. Do not use another location’s page to get past setup.

TripAdvisor

Search for the restaurant and select its listing. Advanced mode lets you enter a Location ID when you know the exact identifier. Check the name and location before continuing.

Configure review collection

Linking a profile does not by itself choose where guests are sent after their visit. Configure channels and notifications under Collecting reviews. The Google connection and EatNow shift hours remain separate settings. If the expected listing or reviews are missing, provide support with the restaurant and public listing URL, without sharing account credentials.
