Activate Missed Calls on EatNow

  1. Go to Settings > Customers > Missed Calls
  2. Click “Activate Missed Calls”
  3. A virtual phone number is automatically created for your restaurant
  4. Note the number displayed — you’ll need it for the next step

Set up call forwarding on your phone

This step is essential. Without it, EatNow cannot detect your missed calls.
You need to set up call forwarding on no-answer from your regular phone line to the EatNow virtual number. This way, when you don’t pick up, the call is automatically redirected to EatNow.

Instructions by carrier

Replace NUMBER with the EatNow virtual number displayed in your settings (for example 0912345678).
Call forwarding on no-answer only redirects calls you don’t answer. If you pick up, nothing changes. Your calls work normally.

Forwarded calls are billed as outgoing calls from your line to the destination number. They are generally deducted from your plan’s allowance.
If you have any trouble, don’t hesitate to contact your carrier directly.

Verify everything works

Once forwarding is configured:
  1. Call your restaurant from another phone
  2. Don’t pick up
  3. After a few seconds, you should see the call appear in the Logs tab of the Missed Calls page
  4. If WhatsApp is active and a template is configured, a message will be sent automatically

Enable / Disable

You can disable the feature at any time from the settings without deleting your virtual number. Redirected calls will simply no longer be processed.
