Open Settings → Floor plan → Waiters.

Create or edit a waiter

  1. Add a waiter and enter their name.
  2. Select tables on the plan, switching rooms if needed. On a small screen, open the table picker.
  3. Check the assigned-table count and save.
  4. To reorganize sections, open the waiter and change the selection.
These associations help identify who is responsible for a table. They do not change bookable hours or room capacity.

Waiter or collaborator?

A waiter record is not a login account. To give someone access to EatNow, use Collaborators and assign the appropriate role and restaurants. If a table is missing, check the selected room and whether the table exists in the layout. If the page is missing, check the staff member’s floor-plan permissions.
