Tips for Your Spa

Peak Hours ManagementSaturdays are often busy. Consider:
  • Blocking slots for phone reservations
  • Offering weekday promotions to spread demand
Customer LoyaltyEnable online payment with clear cancellation terms (e.g., refund up to 24h before). This reduces no-shows.
PackagesCreate “Relaxation Package” products combining massage + facial treatment. Assign them to both groups if needed for precise resource management.

Alternative Configuration: Specialized Therapists

If some therapists cannot perform all treatments, use capacity per variant: Example:
  • 2 massage therapists for short massages (30-45min)
  • 1 senior massage therapist for long massages (60min)
  1. Edit the “Massage Therapists” group
  2. Switch to Capacity per Variant
  3. Define:
    • Relaxing Massage (30min): 2
    • Deep Tissue Massage (45min): 2
    • Hot Stone Massage (60min): 1
This configuration ensures only the qualified therapist is assigned to 60-minute massages.
