Tips for Your Spa
Peak Hours ManagementSaturdays are often busy. Consider:
- Blocking slots for phone reservations
- Offering weekday promotions to spread demand
Customer LoyaltyEnable online payment with clear cancellation terms (e.g., refund up to 24h before). This reduces no-shows.
PackagesCreate “Relaxation Package” products combining massage + facial treatment. Assign them to both groups if needed for precise resource management.
Alternative Configuration: Specialized Therapists
If some therapists cannot perform all treatments, use capacity per variant: Example:- 2 massage therapists for short massages (30-45min)
- 1 senior massage therapist for long massages (60min)
- Edit the “Massage Therapists” group
- Switch to Capacity per Variant
- Define:
- Relaxing Massage (30min): 2
- Deep Tissue Massage (45min): 2
- Hot Stone Massage (60min): 1
