    • A photo of the product.
    • A title and a description.
    • The price per person.
    • Fields to select the booking date and time.
    • Group size.
    • Additional fields you have configured (e.g., number of children).
  • Usage: Ideal if you want to promote a particular product or if the customer already knows what they want to book.
  • Functionality: This link gives access to a global booking portal, where all your products are listed.
  • Content: The customer sees:
    • A list of all products you have activated for booking.
    • For each product: a photo, a title, a brief description, and the price.
  • Usage: Allows customers to discover all your activities and build a basket of products. It is ideal for a complete discovery of your offer.

The Booking Process

  1. Product Selection: The customer selects a product from the global portal or via the specific link.
  2. Information Entry: The customer fills out the booking form, including:
    • Booking date and time.
    • Group size.
    • Information requested in additional fields.
  3. Payment (if configured): If you have enabled online payment, the customer is redirected to a secure payment page.
  4. Confirmation: Once payment is made (or if payment is made on site), the booking is confirmed.
