You need the Invite collaborators permission to send invitations. Organization owners always have this permission.
Send an Invitation

Go to Settings
- In the navigation bar, click on Settings.

Open Collaborators
- Click on the Collaborators tab in the settings menu.

Click “Invite a Collaborator”
- At the bottom of the collaborator list, click the Invite button.
- A dialog opens with the invitation form.

Enter the Email Address
- Type the collaborator’s email address. This will be their login email.

Select a Role
- Choose a role from the dropdown. EatNow provides several default roles:
You can also select Custom to manually pick individual permissions.Role Description Employee Day-to-day operations: reservations, customers, payments Manager Full management access including settings and team management Room Manager Floor operations: reservations, floor plan, shifts, block hours Marketing Brand & communication: portal, templates, reviews, menus, analytics Welcome Host Front desk: reservations, customers, activity log Read Only View-only access to reservations and activities -
Choose Authorized Restaurants
- Select which restaurants this collaborator can access.
- The collaborator’s role applies the same way across all selected restaurants.

Send the Invitation
- Click Send to finalize.
- An email is automatically sent to the collaborator with a link to create their account.
What Happens Next
- The collaborator receives an email with a link to set up their account.
- Once they accept, they appear in your collaborator list with their assigned role.
- The invitation remains visible in the Invitations section until it is accepted or you delete it.
Good to Know
- You can only assign permissions that you have yourself. For example, if you do not have the Billing permission, you cannot grant it to someone else.
- Each collaborator needs a unique email address.
- You can cancel a pending invitation at any time by clicking the X button next to it in the invitation list.
