Once collaborators have accepted their invitation, you can manage every aspect of their account from the collaborator detail page.

View Your Team

  1. Go to Settings > Collaborators
    • The sidebar lists all collaborators in your organization.
    • Each entry shows the collaborator’s name and their current role badge.
  2. Click on a Collaborator
    • The detail panel opens on the right with all their settings.

Edit a Collaborator

Change the Role

  1. In the collaborator detail panel, find the Role dropdown.
  2. Select a new preset role or choose Custom to configure permissions individually.
  3. Click Update to save.
When you select a preset role, the collaborator’s permissions are automatically updated to match that role. If you manually change individual permissions afterward, the role switches to Custom.

Change Permissions Manually

  1. Set the role dropdown to Custom (or modify any permission while a preset is active — it will switch to Custom automatically).
  2. Toggle individual permissions on or off in the permissions panel.
  3. Click Update to save.
Tip: If you have configured a useful set of custom permissions, click Save as role to create a reusable role from them. See Roles & Permissions for details.

Change Authorized Restaurants

  1. In the Advanced settings section, find the Authorized restaurants list.
  2. Check or uncheck the restaurants this collaborator should have access to.
  3. Click Update to save.
Owners automatically have access to all restaurants and this cannot be restricted.

Reset a Password

If a collaborator forgets their password or you need to force a reset for security reasons:
  1. Open the collaborator’s detail panel.
  2. Click Reset password in the header.
  3. A modal opens where you can trigger the password reset.
You need the Password reset permission to use this feature.

Manage Connected Devices

The Connected devices section shows all active sessions for a collaborator (desktop, mobile, tablet).

Revoke All Sessions

  1. Click Revoke all (or Revoke other sessions if the collaborator is yourself).
  2. Confirm the action.
  3. The collaborator will be logged out of all devices. This may take a few minutes.
Only organization owners can revoke other users’ sessions.

View Activity History

  1. In the collaborator’s detail panel, click Show history.
  2. A modal opens showing a log of all changes made to this collaborator’s account (role changes, permission updates, etc.).

Delete a Collaborator

  1. Open the collaborator’s detail panel.
  2. Click the Delete button at the bottom left.
  3. Confirm the deletion.
The collaborator will immediately lose access to all restaurants in the organization.
Organization owners cannot be deleted. If you need to remove an owner, their role must first be changed by another owner or a system administrator.

FAQ

Can I edit my own account? You can view your own details, but certain changes (like deleting yourself) are restricted for safety. What happens when I change someone’s role? Their permissions update immediately. The next time they load a page, the new permissions take effect. A collaborator shows a red “No restaurant” badge — what does that mean? They have not been assigned to any restaurant yet. Edit their profile and select at least one restaurant in the Authorized restaurants section.
