View Your Team

Go to Settings > Collaborators
- The sidebar lists all collaborators in your organization.
- Each entry shows the collaborator’s name and their current role badge.

Click on a Collaborator
- The detail panel opens on the right with all their settings.
| Badge Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Owner (organization administrator) |
| Blue | Active role (Employee, Manager, etc.) |
| Red | No restaurant assigned — cannot work yet |
Edit a Collaborator
Change the Role
- In the collaborator detail panel, find the Role dropdown.
- Select a new preset role or choose Custom to configure permissions individually.
- Click Update to save.
When you select a preset role, the collaborator’s permissions are automatically updated to match that role. If you manually change individual permissions afterward, the role switches to Custom.
Change Permissions Manually
- Set the role dropdown to Custom (or modify any permission while a preset is active — it will switch to Custom automatically).
- Toggle individual permissions on or off in the permissions panel.
- Click Update to save.
Change Authorized Restaurants
- In the Advanced settings section, find the Authorized restaurants list.
- Check or uncheck the restaurants this collaborator should have access to.
- Click Update to save.
Owners automatically have access to all restaurants and this cannot be restricted.
Reset a Password
If a collaborator forgets their password or you need to force a reset for security reasons:- Open the collaborator’s detail panel.
- Click Reset password in the header.
- A modal opens where you can trigger the password reset.
Manage Connected Devices
The Connected devices section shows all active sessions for a collaborator (desktop, mobile, tablet).Revoke All Sessions
- Click Revoke all (or Revoke other sessions if the collaborator is yourself).
- Confirm the action.
- The collaborator will be logged out of all devices. This may take a few minutes.
Only organization owners can revoke other users’ sessions.
View Activity History
- In the collaborator’s detail panel, click Show history.
- A modal opens showing a log of all changes made to this collaborator’s account (role changes, permission updates, etc.).
Delete a Collaborator
- Open the collaborator’s detail panel.
- Click the Delete button at the bottom left.
- Confirm the deletion.
