# Links in the portal header

> Enable, reorder and add links your customers see.

Open **Settings → Portal → Links** to manage navigation shown on your portal.

## System links

Enable useful links: website, phone, Instagram, menus, contact, privatization
and activities. They use your restaurant’s existing details and features.

If a link shows **Missing data**, complete its source first:

* website, phone or Instagram: [restaurant details](/settings/restaurant);
* menus: at least one [visible menu](/menus/share);
* privatization: [active privatization portal](/portal/privatization);
* activities: [active activities portal](/activities/setup).

Enabling a link does not create the missing data or feature.

## Custom links

1. Click **Add a link**.
2. Enter its label in the desired languages and its destination URL.
3. Add the link, drag items into the desired order and check which are enabled.
4. Click **Save**, then test the links on the public portal.

For example, add your website’s parking directions page to reduce repeated
calls.

**Reset** returns to the default configuration. To copy the booking link or a
widget, go to [Portal → General](/portal/publishing).
