# Connect Lightspeed K Series

> Link Lightspeed K Series to EatNow using the integration identifier and check the connection.

The **Lightspeed K Series (by Ilglu)** card is under **Settings → Integrations →
General**, in the POS section. It links your register to EatNow for reservation
exchanges.

## Connect the register

1. Prepare the **Integration ID** for this location’s Lightspeed connection. If
   you do not know it, contact EatNow to prepare the connection.
2. Check that another POS is not already connected: NowOS, Lightspeed and
   registers connected through HubRise cannot be active together for the same
   restaurant.
3. Click **Connect**, enter the identifier and confirm.
4. Check that the card shows the connection and offers **Disconnect**.

Connecting requires permission to create integrations; disconnecting requires
permission to delete them.

## Check synchronization

A connected card alone does not validate every exchange with the register.
During setup, have EatNow check table matching and a reservation’s journey
between the two systems.

If something differs, collect the restaurant, reservation, table, action time
and expected result. Check the [action history](/settings/history) before
contacting support. Do not try another location’s identifier as a
troubleshooting step.

## Changing registers

The button may ask you to disconnect another POS first. Coordinate the change
with EatNow before disconnecting during service. The
[NowOS instructions](/nowos/connect) apply to a separate integration.
