### Booking Link per Product

* **Functionality**: This link allows direct access to the booking of a specific product.
* **Content**: The customer sees a page dedicated to this product, including:
  * A photo of the product.
  * A title and a description.
  * The price per person.
  * Fields to select the booking date and time.
  * Group size.
  * Additional fields you have configured (e.g., number of children).
* **Usage**: Ideal if you want to promote a particular product or if the customer already knows what they want to book.

### Global Booking Link

* **Functionality**: This link gives access to a global booking portal, where all your products are listed.
* **Content**: The customer sees:
  * A list of all products you have activated for booking.
  * For each product: a photo, a title, a brief description, and the price.
* **Usage**: Allows customers to discover all your activities and build a basket of products. It is ideal for a complete discovery of your offer.

### The Booking Process

1. **Product Selection**: The customer selects a product from the global portal or via the specific link.
2. **Information Entry**: The customer fills out the booking form, including:
   * Booking date and time.
   * Group size.
   * Information requested in additional fields.
3. **Payment (if configured)**: If you have enabled online payment, the customer is redirected to a secure payment page.
4. **Confirmation**: Once payment is made (or if payment is made on site), the booking is confirmed.

### Important Notes

* Adapt your communication according to the link you share. For a specific product, highlight its benefits. For the global portal, encourage customers to explore your offer.
* Check that your product photos and descriptions are attractive and encourage booking.
* Additional fields allow you to collect valuable information to better serve your customers.
